Carolina was born in Colombia, where she grew up surrounded by nature, animals, and close family ties, developing a deep appreciation for shared moments, culture, and good food.
Eager to discover the world beyond her hometown, she moved to Bogotá as a teenager to attend high school before later pursuing a degree in engineering — a path that often surprises those who assume she studied marketing.
Her journey eventually took her to Sydney, where living abroad expanded her perspective, strengthened her independence, and became a chapter of profound personal growth.
Through friendships, new experiences, and a strong connection to her roots, she built a life shaped by curiosity, resilience, and a love for bringing people together.
Nacho's Story
Nacho was born and raised in Spain, where city life nurtured his curious mind, sporty spirit, and naturally charismatic presence.
After studying engineering, he moved to London to begin his career before eventually finding his way to Australia.
Drawn by the ocean, the lifestyle, and the opportunity to build something meaningful, he embraced surfing and made Sydney home.
Known for his thoughtful conversations, respect for different perspectives, and exceptional cooking skills, Nacho brings warmth, curiosity, and a grounded outlook to everything he does.
Where two worlds meet
“We met during COVID — a time when the world felt uncertain, but somehow everything between us felt easy.”
It began in Rose Bay, during what was meant to be a sunset moment that turned into a slightly cloudy, slightly rainy afternoon. Not exactly cinematic — but definitely memorable.
From there, things moved quickly in the best possible way. We spent time getting to know each other and soon set off on an unforgettable adventure along the West Coast of Australia, where the idea of “just us” started to feel natural.
Over the next two years, we built a life together in Perth and Scarborough — learning, growing, laughing, and figuring things out side by side. No shortcuts, just shared effort, friendship, and countless everyday moments.
Eventually, we returned to Sydney, the city where it all began. And somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like “my life” and “your life” — and started feeling like ours.
Now, we're beyond excited to celebrate this next chapter in Colombia, surrounded by the people we love most, in a place that feels like warmth, nature, and home.
